Problem
The UK identity verification migration had a fixed deadline: the LexisNexis contract was expiring. The UK and Ireland needed separate launches.
What I built
I led the move from LexisNexis to Veriff. Per-market flags controlled the UK and Ireland launches, with retry limits and a legacy-flow fallback.
Result
The UK identity verification migration finished before the LexisNexis contract expired.
